1. Sculpture Design
According to the size, materials, project location and finish requires, Completely learning sculpture design, fully communicate with clients to get the confirmation. Discuss with clients before production, to confirm details such as materials specifications, finish requires, skeleton structure design, color code, large sculpture slice solution, installation bracket design and so on.
For better understanding, We provide design service, bring one of the best confirmation methods to check & confirm from every angles.
A. 3D mold
Modern 3D modeling provides a level of design depth that rough sketches or 2D designs cannot, such as improved control over details. It also lets engineers explore the physical aspects of a design without surrendering to physical limitations. It allow to display every angles of the design, and Easy re-modeling and corrections if it need.
If you can not open 3D file, we will export to a 720 degree video for your checking.
Or print a 3D mold by 3D printer, delivery to your hand by DHL, Fedex.
3D mold is helpful for load calculation as well.

B. Clay mold
We understand modern technology is not the only way, and sometime not the best choice for sculpture deign. For some casting bronze sculptures, many clients like the handmade clay mold texture, take the same skill as knife oil painting.

2. Calculation of sculpture
For large sculpture projects, this is important as it allows you to see potential risks as well as requirements before sculpture production. Without calculations, there's no guarantee the structural will support sculpture weights, wind and seismic. Those calculations always have to be checked and approved by the responsible designer of the project.
Regular calculation including Dead load Structural Calculation, Wind Load Calculation, Seismic Loading Calculation and so on.
The wind calculation report is used to verify that the design is safe to stand in the wind. It’s necessary to include the foundation design and mounting plate design. Verify by this way, In order to proof it's safe for sculpture installation.
3. Production checking
a.IQC (Incoming Quality Control)
We will check all raw materials quality before production. Such as materials type, thickness, surface texture and so on.
To make sure all materials are correct and same as the invoice with clients.
b.IPQC (In-Process Quality Control)
Twinkle Metal Sculpture provide weekly process report service, check working technology, skeleton work, materials supply, color confirmation nd so on, Will solve problems before move to next step.
And explain the lead time and next steps to artists, art consultant, trading companies to understand all steps and show real pictures videos to display process.
c.FQC (Final Quality Control)
Twinkle Metal Sculpture team will check all details, such as overall effect, size, texture, finish requires, color, hang system, knock-down assembly, base bracket design, packing method and the others which is necessary. And provide high definition pictures and videos for client view. Will fix if there is any problems before shipping.
d.OQC (Out-going Quality Control)
Accept third party company to inspect sculptures quality, provide a third party report for clients.
Accept person from Client company to inspect sculptures quality before shipping, do everything to support client team.
